HIS was honored to welcome to the school Ms. Chang Pin San and Ms. Chen Shi Pei of the Hsinchu City Government Education Department Bureau, accompanied by more than twenty Hsinchu City Schools Elementary and Junior High teachers. These top educators from our city’s schools visited as part of their ongoing Professional Development Program, and several very rewarding, informative hours were spent talking about approaches to education, philosophy, course content, school structure, teaching of different languages, and a host of related topics.

Following the conference, our guests toured the school, expressing delight at our lovely spacious and well-equipped campus, and being charmed by our great students. The Pre-K class even proudly, and very spontaneously, sang to them. The session concluded with a Q & A session, and a sharing of ideas and information. We at HIS thank our guests for chosing our school to visit and enjoyed this special local educational community interaction.
